I enjoyed listening to Emotional Freedom Practices: How to Transform Difficult Emotions into Positive Energy CDs. Dr. Orloff has a very friendly delivery when she speaks to you. I am amazed how she is able to gain the respect of her listeners as she discloses her most private and compassionate feelings. Hearing her kind voice say reassuring things can be healing in its own way making you feel as if you are in a personal counseling session with her, which is awesome.
Dr. Orloff shares short quizzes that make you think and relate before answering. These quizzes give you ideas about how certain emotions can affect your everyday life. She reminds you about the important life skills that you have learned along the way and helps you to incorporate them into your daily schedule.
With just one listen, I was able to gain insight about myself that I either had forgotten about or were just not thinking about anymore.
This CD makes me want to schedule a personal session with her.
I would highly recommend this CD, especially if you are struggling with fear and frustration.
